Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients

½ cup soften butter

¾ cup sugar

1 egg

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ cup milk

½ tsp vanilla

1½ cup chopped strawberries

3 tbsp cinnamon

½ tsp sugar

Directions

Heat oven to 400°

Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the egg. Mix well.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.

Add flour mixture and milk, alternately into the butter mixture. Stir well.

Add vanilla.

Gently fold in the strawberries.

Spoon into muffin pan.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the top

Bake 400° for 20-25 minutes.
