Fruit Sushi


8 Spinach tortillas

8 banannas

2 mangos

4 kiwis

24 oz. blueberries

32 oz. strawberries

Cream Spread:

8 oz. cream cheese

2 Tablespoon maple syrup

1 cup heavy cram

1 teaspoon lemon zest

¼ teaspoon vanilla


Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, maple syrup, lemon zest and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl.

Slice bananas length wise to make a long strip.

Chop strawberries, kiwi, and mangos into small ½ inch pieces.

Spread cream cheese filling evenly on tortilla. Lay halved bananas off to one side of the tortilla, then sprinkle the chopped strawberries, blueberries, mango and kiwi along the side and roll up jellyroll style.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes, unwrap and slice 1-inch thick
