Ingredients: 4 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour (preferably stone ground) 4 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour ¼ cup wheat germ 2 tablespoons molasses 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons baking soda 3 1⁄2 cups buttermilk Instructions: Heat the oven to 450° F.
